It goes without saying that we’re sure you will love the wine – but in case you don’t, here’s what to do.

EITHER -

Contact us on snout@piginapokelive.co.uk with details of when and where you bought it, your details (name address tel no) and what the problem was.   

OR 

Jot down your name, address, contact telephone number (or email) with a brief summary of why you’re not happy. Send this, together with your proof of purchase, to: Pig in a Poke Wines, 23 Brill Close, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 3EJ.

Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern, so we won’t bore you with lengthy terms and conditions! However, we do stipulate that we will refund on up to 3 bottles only per address – it’s common sense really… if you don’t like the wine, why would you buy it four times anyway?!
